Arvixe LLC is seeking a proficient Technical Support Shift Supervisor.  As this is a telecommuting position, you must be able to work from home.

Technical Support Supervisor (Level III)
  1. • Must be comfortable providing excellent technical support over the phone, chats, and emails.
  2. • Thoroughly resolve high level web hosting-related technical issues in a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented manner.
  3. • Administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.
  4. • Work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  5. • Shift-wide Coordination and Management of Technical Support Staff.
  6. • Act as a high-level resource for Technical Support staff members.

Requirements:
  1. • Previous web-hosting related experience IS required.
  2. • Must be reliable and punctual; our business depends on a consistent and punctual work ethic.
  3. • Able to provide extraordinary customer-service through the effective use of communication, problem solving, and multitasking.
  4. • A demonstrated knowledge of Linux (SSH, cPanel/WHM, DNS, MySQL) and Windows Systems (IIS7, BIND, & MSSQL).
  5. • Must work well in a fast-paced, team-based, and goal-oriented environment.
  6. • Managerial experience is preferred.
  7. • Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal, is required.
  8. • Must have stable PC, and solid internet connection. Backup internet connection is recommended.
Payment: $33,280/Yr - $40,000/Yr
