FREELANCE GRAPHICS DESIGNER / WEBMEISTER WANTED
For Small, Community Arts Organization in Park Slope

Spoke the Hub Dancing, a small, not-for-profit, multi-purpose, community arts organization based in Park Slope, Brooklyn since 1979 seeks a very tech savvy, freelance graphics and website designer to help us update our website on a regular basis, and to help create other promotional materials --- flyers, postcards, newsletters, brochures --- on a project-by-project basis. Must be creative and flexible, detail oriented, and an excellent proof-reader and writer to boot who works well with people, deadlines, and fast turnaround times. Neighborhood residents preferred.

Spoke the Hub Dancing, Park Slope's premiere, not-for-profit, multi-purpose, community arts organization, offers dance, yoga, art, fitness, theater and music classes to all ages, 7 days a week, throughout the year. Founded in 1979 by Elise Long, they also offer services to artists --- exhibit space, subsidized rehearsal and performance space --- as well as performance opportunities, film series, and special community events to the general public.
