As Phonak's Customer Care-Lyric Technical Support Audiologist, based in our Warrenville, IL location (or as an option from your home office within the USA if you have experience with our Lyric product), your responsibility will be to support our daily technical support activities, and act as the primary "go to" person. Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns, your preferred knowledge of Lyric and our Phonak products and outstanding problem-solving skills will also enable you to handle escalated and complex customer issues and needs in a timely, friendly and professional manner in order to increase customer commitment to Phonak. Your Audiology Degree or previous industry experience providing hearing aid and FM fitting recommendations will allow you to be proactive in identifying the customer's next need before they do. Collaborating with technical support representatives, managers and trainers, you will ensure that team members are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable on all Lyric products, software, services and competition. Additionally, your passion for providing our hearing healthcare professionals with superior customer service will ensure that you are consistently providing accurate information and follow through with proactive communication about orders. Your technical knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (preferred) will give you a "jump start" in succeeding in this exciting and important role.
