VP/Sr. Account Executives (AE’s), senior level members of our Client Service and Sales group, are a well-respected problem-solving resource for our clients. The AE interacts with our clients (mostly Fortune 500 companies) to assist them in answering their most complex research questions. AE’s operate independently and as a team leader, to provide a full-range of research expertise and to manage client relationships while meeting profitability goals. The AE develops new business and manages existing business through consulting, selling, and planning and conducting research projects for clients. Depending upon the scope and requirements of the individual client project, AE's may also oversee the execution of the project and the statistical analysis, interpretation and final report and presentation of conclusions. AE’s receive ongoing learning opportunities on best practices in research and client management, giving them the tools they need to be successful.


This VP/Sr. AE position may be located in any place in the US. Our Headquarters are in Cincinnati, OH, but AE's are located in many cities throughout the US. You may work remotely from another office or from your home office. We are giving preference for those located in West Coast regions (So. CA, or near.)

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualified applicants will have experience creating new business through selling, consulting, and managing large custom marketing research projects. Candidates must possess experience conducting a variety of types of studies including, but not limited to advertising awareness, branding, segmentation, pricing, new product development, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Industry knowledge in high-tech or consumer packaged goods is ideal, but Burke operates in most industries.

 

At least 7 years of relevant experience working for a custom survey research supplier (including at least 3 years with a proven sales record in selling research projects totaling 1.5 million or more per year) is required. A Master’s or MBA is preferred.
