Candidate Sourcing Group (CSG) is currently hiring for our Business
Development Specialist position. CSG specializes in providing candidate
sourcing services for small and medium businesses across the US. The
Business Development Specialist (BDS) is responsible for presenting and
marketing our solutions and services. Advancement opportunities are
available for career minded individuals.
The ideal candidate must possess a must win attitude that welcomes a challenge, is eager to learn, while believing in the premise of working smarter not harder. This position requires an individual that feels comfortable working in a collaborative environment while still remaining competitive.
We are currently only hiring professionals that reside in the state of TX.
Position Requirements:
1. Candidate must be competent in cold calling, selling, negotiations and overcoming objections.
2. Must be a great listener, with the ability to speak with a diverse group of people.
3. Experience in business to business sales is strongly preferred, with prior experience in speaking with senior executives and owners.
4. Candidate must exhibit good tenure with prior employers with a strong desire for a long term career in sales.
5. Comfortable working in a heavily quota environment. However focus is place on results and not on number of calls etc.
6. Must be adept at research and acquiring details. Individual should have the ability to type 35wpm at a minimum.
7. Must have prior experience working in a telecommuting environment that adheres to CSG Home Office Requirements. Individual should be capable of handling technical issues that may arise when working from home.
COMPENSATION
This position begins as a commission based position for the first 90 days. After 90 days associate can convert to a base + bonus position, or remain on a commission structure. Company provides phone service and reimburses for internet connection and office supplies. Benefits available after 120 days includes paid time off, dependent care and health benefits. First year associate, on average, can expect to earn $36,000 - $55,000 while working from home.
