Toronto Customer Service Manager

The Yorkville Club Toronto's exclusive fitness facility is seeking a F/T Customer Service Manager. Core responsibilities include the following: hiring and training of front desk staff, overseeing customer service for both staff and members, ordering supplies related to front desk, management reporting on daily and weekly basis, overseeing implementation of procedures, updating procedures manual. Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
