Job Description
The L1-L3 Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the image of the company through customer interaction, help desk ticket resolutions, and integrated chat conversations.

The L1 Technician will perform basic administration of VPS servers through a web based control panel, while L2 and L3 technicians will perform more advanced diagnosis and resolution work.

Regular Linux and networking training will be provided. L1 applicants are expected to work towards advancing to the L2 position. This position provides the perfect stepping stone for a budding systems administrator to start a new career and gain valuable first-hand experience with enterprise systems.

Pay starts at $10/hr. Promotions are available based on skill level and work ethic.

Required Skills
  • Fluent and effective communication in English.
  • Working knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • Professional writing and spelling skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Interest in learning more about virtual private servers, networking and/or Linux and Windows server administration.

Preferred Skills
  • Working knowledge of basic networking.
  • Familiarity with WHMCS and/or Kayako
  • Familiarity with Linux (especially CentOS/RHEL)
  • Experience with cPanel/WHM and Windows Server
