Tech support job, remote, UK time schedule

RackSRV  looking to expand support offering (currently 8AM to 8PM) by taking on an individual to provide clients support remotely.

Expectations are that the candidate;

a.) Has a reliable internet connection
b.) Can make themselves available remotely between the hours of 8PM and 8AM (UK time) at least Mon-Fri
c.) Is proficient in basic Linux and Windows tasks (adding IPs, checking firewall rules, checking & adjusting duplex speeds, adjusting root passwords, looking over logs etc
d.) Is experienced in installing/maintaining/managing cPanel and DirectAdmin web control panels

Whilst we do expect the candidate to respond to client tickets promptly, we're not looking for someone who responds with a canned message and then leaves the work for when the normal support guys sign in at 8am!
