St. Louis Call Center job, Spanish speakers needed

Marcone Supply, the nation's largest independent distributor for appliance parts, cleaners, accessories, and essentials for your home, is seeking an outgoing enthusiastic individual to fill a position in our St. Louis Call Center. The position is responsible for representing the customer's needs and goals to ensure the highest level of quality by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests
• Maintain quality and metric standards
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and reporting to management team, as necessary
• Sell product and place customer orders in computer system
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Up-sell products and services

All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Basic computer skills (navigating multiple windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Retail or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Flexible work schedule
