SoCal developer job,  web designer needed, flexible hours, work from home

We are a start up international media marketing company based in SoCal. We are looking
for Los Angeles based determined and talented web designer to work on
some upcoming projects, for a part time or a freelance position. Our
company works with clients from all over the world (America, Europe,
Asia...).

An ideal candidate has flexible hours and work from home or our office,
with a wide range of design and development projects, creating landing
pages, updating websites, creating web properties, and so on.



Requirements:

• Can-do attitude.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in
web-design.

• Detail-oriented, self-starter, thinker,
creative.

• Proficiency using Adobe PhotoShop,
Illustrator, Power Point, InDesign, MS Office.

• Expert knowledge of HTML, JavaScript,
Dreamweaver, CSS, Flash and Actionscripting, PHP and MySQL. - A MUST!.

• Develop email campaigns, landing pages,
banners and more..

• Ability to follow a style guide and
apply brand identities consistently throughout a variety of design
tasks.

• Creative and clean design sense .

• Knows color and design theory.

• Familiar with branding and image
identity .

• Must be proficient and able to complete
projects in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.

• Experience with Wordpress / SEO
knowladge / Mobile App, is a BIG +++.





Responsibilities:

• Website content creation, perform web
design on multiple websites.

• Develop and design web applications.

• Update web content and graphics.

• Optimize websites, implement title
tags, meta tags, etc.

• Update pages, build icons, crop and
replace photos.

• Manage social media presence.

• Develop e-mail campaigns, landing
pages, banners and more.
