Remote Tech Support job, VPN Client Live Chat & Tickets


We are looking to Hire Support Representative ( Level 1 & Level 2 ) for our VPN Company.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide tech support to customers Through Live Chat & Tickets
  2. Use internal knowledgebase, online research and troubleshooting to resolve Level 1, Level 2 issues related to VPN Client
  3. Document all inquiries and resolutions in detail.
  4. Report bugs, enhancement requests, and complaints to appropriate personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated, organized and resourceful.
MUST have Excellent Soft skills.
Able to communicate with proficient, intermediate, and novice users.
Prior customer service or help desk experience is preferred.
Must have basic understanding of VPN ( PPTP , L2TP , OpenVPN ).
