Position Requirements


The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst monitors and ensures quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skill set

This is a position for an independent, senior professional who has deep domain knowledge of software testing and requirements management. This person has worked in agile software development environments, and has experience in the following:

  • Selenium
  • Test Driven Development
  • Gherkin
  • Usability
  • Continuous Integration
  • Automated Testing

Job Functions

  • Independently perform software testing.
  • Work with development, support and solutions team members to develop manual and automated testing processes and templates that can be utilized on projects.
  • Become a walking knowledge base of the testing history of features and production releases.
  • Monitor the progress of all project testing cycles, schedule testing cycles.
  • Participate in requirements sessions to listen for and provide quality assurance oversight.
  • Act as software testing subject-matter expert, informing the team about testing best practices, and incorporating testing best practices into the development lifecycle.
  • Work with solutions and development team members to establish periodic process and quality reviews throughout the development lifecycle

Work Location

  • Virtual / From Home
  • Expected client visits and up to 10% travel time

Expected Work Hours

  • 8AM-5PM Local time at minimum
  • Full Time position (40 hours per week)
  • Additional time outside of normal business hours will be required from time to time
