What You Would Do
Our Customer Service Technical Representatives will handle calls from our customers across the globe and support their technical questions. You will be an expert with our product and be able to explain how to use it to our newest customers. You must also understand the ins-and-outs of our product to troubleshoot any technical questions that might come your way.

Who We’re Looking For
A self-motivated customer service expert that is looking to have the ultimate in flexibility in a working environment. You will work from home so a quiet atmosphere, internet access, a computer, and phone are a must. You have the ability to learn quickly and explain technical procedures to anyone. You must be a good troubleshooter and have a professional demeanor.

“Hot Shot” Skills
• Internet experience
• Ability to work from home (quiet office, computer, internet, web camera, microphone, phone)
• Typing skills
• Multitasking ability
• Self motivated
• Basic email experience (pop3 and IMAP, etc)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Understands and uses Internet Explorer and FireFox

“Super Hot Shot” Candidates will have:
• College degree
• Support experience (call center/contact center)
• Mobile email experience (iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, etc.)
• Streaming video experience
• Email Marketing experience
• HTML design
• Email Delivery Expertise
• Bilingual is a major plus

This position is for an independent contractor. Relocation is not provided.

Prefer our candidates to be in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado areas.
