Remote Client Relations job, Online Customer Service

• Regular follow up with clients via phone.
• Answer phone calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments with clients.
• Return client calls in a timely manner.
• Data Entry into Autotask.

• Minimum 2 years phone experience in the Consumer Goods and Services Industry.
• Associate's Degree.
• Customer Service oriented with outstanding phone skills.
• Accessibility/flexibility during business hours (8AM-6PM Monday & Tuesday.)
• Must have computer, email address and cell phone.
• Must be comfortable with computers in a PC environment.
• Available for weekly phone meeting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Dependable and responsible with high level of urgency.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

• BA Degree.
• Familiarity with Autotask.
• Expertise with MS Office Suite.
