Our bustling LA office is searching for a freelancer to fill the shoes of our current Director of Production and Project Management from February through July, approximately 3 days a week.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage project management process. Work with account team on budgeting, time allocation, financial updates, job tracking, billing, closing jobs, etc. Heavy Clients & Profits (our accounting/PM system) and Excel.
• Oversee production department – includes production, traffic, art buying, studio. You’ll have a solid team and your role will be to help with troubleshooting, give guidance when needed, take on appropriate projects and help manage resources.

You know that in order to kick ass at your job, you have to be great at interacting with account service, creative, studio, media, interactive, finance, and clients. Your attention to detail and level of initiative are second to none.
