Part-Time Executive/Administrative Assistant

We are a very small Management Consulting Firm looking for an entrepreneurial EA who has extensive history in small companies that sell high-end services to top professionals. Ideal candidate has worked for another small consulting firm, enjoys a start-up environment, and thrives on change. Must love to make things happen in a big way. The role is EXTREMELY varied, the work exciting, and you will be making a huge difference in peoples' lives.

General Requirements
• Part-time only; no exceptions
• $20 per hour; firm
• 16 to 20 hours per week; no more; no less
• Flexible schedule within 9 AM to 5 PM window
• Must have fully functioning office in home
• Ability and desire to work from home most of the time
• Must have over 10 years of Executive Assistant experience (not Admin)

Education Requirements
• College degree required
• Masters Degree preferred
• Field of business or psychology preferred

Personal Qualities
• Self starter who does NOT need supervision
• Driven and results oriented
• High energy, positive, enthusiastic with 'can do' attitude
• Top pro with highest degree of integrity
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Skill Requirements
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Outlook 2011
• Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, punctuation
• Great phone voice, presence, and diction
• Web skills and social media a plus
• Great at meeting deadlines
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Quickbooks and bookkeeping experience a plus

Job functions and estimated % time spent in each area
• EA Support for CEO - 30%
• EA Support for Client Services Director - 30%
• Administrative duties - 10%
• Event planning - 10%
• Personal assisting - 15% (Errands, assisting CEO & Spouse with personal business)
• Internet research - 5%
