Symphony Services is currently seeking experienced Senior Technical Account Executive to join our winning National contract staff augmentation team based in Palo Alto, CA. A proven track record in the contract staffing or technical services industry. Any experience with real-time, embedded software or hardware technology is highly desirable. Individuals with either local or national contract Sales experience are encouraged to apply and will be supporting staffing efforts in the Bay Area, southern California, and Seattle Metro Region.

Demonstrated Skills and Experience:
• Proven track record in selling high-level technical contract staff augmentation or engineering services.
• Demonstrated strength in developing and managing client relationships.
• Strength in presenting value propositions and differentiation over the phone and/or in person
• History of high-end revenue generation; trend of increasing revenue generation year over year, outperforming your peers and exceeding expectations.

• The demonstrated ability to be a team participant, a team builder, and be able to contribute to the creation and growth of the company as whole, as well as your own book of business.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent follow through.

• Daily outbound prospecting and follow-up sales calls
• Flush out quality business opportunities at new and existing accounts Interface with Resource Managers to coordinate submittals of candidate resumes or proposals for services
• Drive the sales process with the client, negotiate and close new business
• Maintain, expand and strengthen relationships with existing customers

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Liberal Arts, or Sciences.
