Job Summary:
Responsible to identify, contact and conduct face-to-face presentations to outside contacts such as preschools, day cares and dance studios. Signs event contracts and communicates all event information to the Studio Manager. The Mobile Photography Coordinator supervises studio team members that execute mobile photography events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generates sales leads through cold calling and face-to-face visits with outside contacts.
• Schedules meetings to get contracts completed, signed and validated.
• Negotiates contracts and schedule mobile photography event sessions.
• Ensures timely service is delivered and a high level of customer service is provided for all mobile photography events by all team members that participate.
• Documents and provides service feedback to the field organization.
• Achieves Sales Goal (through contracts, sitting goals, average sale goals, and delivery ratio goals) goals set by the organization.

• Ability to work 16-20 hours per week and able to flex up based on the business needs.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of territory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and internet navigation.
• Sense of pride in The Picture People organization.
• Knowledge of The Picture People brand and experience.
• Has confidence to connect with outside sales.

The above skills and abilities are typically acquired through one to two years' work experience in retail or consumer related field,
including experience at the Picture People.
