San Diego Marketing/Design job, Part-time Assistant wanted

I have recently launched my own marketing company that specializes in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Video Optimization. I'm growing fast and looking for a part-time assistant to help me with Social Media management for specific accounts. The job will be 5-10 hrs per week for now, working mostly out of your home. I currently work out of a home office, which will change in the near future. I'd like to meet once or twice per week at my local coffee shop to work and brainstorm for 1hr as this is my office outside of home. This person must be very well organized, creative, efficient and able to take direction.

This is a great job for a college student studying marketing looking to make some extra cash and learn more on the job. Or anyone who loves marketing and is looking to establish themselves in this field. This job could also turn into a Full-time position as I'm quickly bringing on new clients.

Job requirements:

- Social Media Marketing experience (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +)
- Prior experience managing Facebook business pages a plus, but not necessary
- Prior experience creating and managing Facebook Ads a plus, but not necessary
- Great writing skills
- Solid communicator
- Design skills a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop) for creating ads, and landing pages for Facebook Applications

Job Duties:

- Create a social calendar that will have all topics outlined for each day of the month. It will stay the same for the most part month with minor changes.
- Post 2-3 times per day on a Facebook business page for one particular client of mine
- Post 1-2 times on Twitter for one particular client
- Assist me in running Facebook promotions for certain clients
- If you have design experience, assit in creating basic ads and landing pages for Facebook applications.

Compensation: $8 per hour + beauty product :)
