What You Will Do
From the comfort of your home office, you will be assisting customers of our Eddie Bauer client (www.eddiebauer.com) via phone, email and/or chat. You will help customers navigate the web site and complete purchases, as well as answer questions and resolve any customer service issues. In addition, you will use your sales skills to offer additional items, including credit card or reward program opportunities. You will ensure each customer enjoys an amazing experience and wants to come back for more!
