Business Development (2)

Job tasks will be:

  • Responsible for the development and signing of new business, additional business and maintaining current accounts
  • Coordinate the complete sales cycle process including;  lead generation, prospect qualification, proposal and presentation, pricing, contract signing, customer start-up and service follow-up.​
  • Conducting software presentations (online and on-site)
  • Gaining deep understanding of clients' requirements and supporting further technical developments on the product
  • Challenge is to expand account base and increase revenue
  • Attending tradeshow and pursue further market development

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven background executing a strategic business plan with definable results
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of IT, advanced skills in MS-Office (Excel)

Copy Writer (1)
The Copy Writer is a strong creative thinker with outstanding writing, editing and managing skills.​  S/​he will be responsible for managing copy for breakthrough communications campaigns.​  This will involve a combination of both writing, editing across all media – including online, print and video.

Developers (2)

We are currently looking for (2) Senior Software Developer to help drive the development of our platform. The ideal developer should have a passion for solving complex and interesting problems, while having the flexibility and ability to quickly learn and pick up new technologies when necessary. Challenges include search and ranking algorithms, scalability, security, data intelligence, social media tools, payment processing, and mobile applications.

Job tasks will be:

  • Design, implement and test scalable backend server code for the our site
  • Optimize performance of the code to handle large data volumes, high-traffic concurrency
  • Design, build and tune ranking algorithms to improve content targeting.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5-7 years programming experience in PHP / Javascript
  • Expert testing and troubleshooting skills; passionate advocate of concise and simple code
  • Solid understanding of multithreading, data structures and algorithms
  • Must be a self-starter and have ability to thrive in fast paced, high energy, high pressure, relatively unstructured start up environment

Digital Marketing (1)

Leads the online marketing efforts for Villagize, which will include creating, communicating and executing its e-marketing plans and strategies and managing key advertiser and agency relationships.

Job tasks will be:

  • Creates, sells and manages performance against the Internet marketing plan for a ServiceMaster Brand or Business Unit
  • Partners with senior management and C-level marketing executives within ServiceMaster and AHS to ensure the e-strategy and e-plan integrates with overall marketing plans and customer acquisition strategies
  • Manages key advertiser, partner and agency relationships to deliver on lead and cost commitments
  • Drives lead volume and sales growth through improvements to paid and organic search campaigns, email campaigns, media portal placements and other geo-targeted advertising relationships
  • Works closely with key internal stakeholders, including legal, technology, finance, marketing and operations to execute contracts and campaigns
  • Ensures that Internet marketing activities are well-supported throughout the organization

Who we are looking for:

  • Excellent grasp of the Internet marketing practices and principles and how to apply such to acquire and retain customers
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to comfortably work in a results oriented, data driven decision-making environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track-record of producing results in a role in which the candidate did not have direct control over the resources required to be successful.

Web Developers (2)

Our ideal candidate is a smart, articulate, and very curious developer who loves all things interactive, wants to push the boundaries of technology and user experience, and is ready to take a project and run with it.​
 Job tasks will be:

  • Code front-end interfaces and features web and native mobile products
  • Create wireframes and functional prototypes
  • Work with other developers to ensure products are functioning properly, and new features are properly implemented
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions on topics ranging from UI and interactivity to programming

 Who we are looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle processes and procedures
  • Strong understanding of Object-oriented programming and software architecture principles
