NY summer camp male counselors needed

Camp Mohawk in White Plains, NY is a premiere camp located in Westchester County.
We're looking for enthusiastic, and energetic group counselors for our boys, devoted to making this our best summer yet!
Who we are looking for:
Male counselors for our boys groups who reside in the five boroughs.
We are looking for those entering their senior year of high school and older who are interested in working as camp counselors this summer.
Responsibilities Include:
* Taking children through their daily activities
* Taking on an active role whether it be serving lunches, playing sports, arts & crafts, etc.
* This is NOT a camp position for those interested in observing... Our camp counselors have the best time when they are involved in activities.
* Having a FANTASTIC summer!
* Accompanying children on the bus to and from home
* Transportation is provided to our NYC Staff
We are looking for staff members who take a serious interest in our campers' experiences, and are looking to have just as much fun teaching our kids as they do learning from them.
Camp runs from June 27 until August 17 this season.
Camp days start at 8:30am and end at 4:30pm.
**If you are hired, we ask that you are available to attend all orientation days (6/23 & 6/24) as well as any supplementary days (to be given to you upon accepting a position). We also expect our staff to be present for the entirety of the camp season.**

Camp Mohawk is part of the Westchester summer tradition, founded in 1930. Our camp has been a staple in enriching children's summers through instructional style introductions to sports, swim, ceramics, archery- and the list goes on. We thrive on our staff's devotion to excellence and the belief that every child has the ability to achieve. We have a staff of approximately 350, including over 100 teachers to cater to our 900 campers. This is a great experience for those interested in teaching, or looking to enhance their experience in preparation for a Bachelor's in Education.
