LA Hosting sales job, Remote, Salary + Commission

QuadraNet is looking for a personable LA-based individual with a positive "can-do" attitude, interested in the webhosting and datacenter industry, to join its growing inside sales team.

QuadraNet has been serving the webhosting industry for a decade with a main office and datacenter in Los Angeles and facilities in Dallas and Miami.

No cold calling. All customer interaction will be with individuals and businesses who have contacted us about our services or who have already purchased from us. You get to help people by providing solutions to their IT needs, and are the point of contact for the duration of their relationship with QuadraNet

The position consists of establishing and maintaining productive relationships with new and existing customers, ultimately ensuring customer loyalty, additional purchases, and word-of-mouth referrals

• Present and sell company products and services to new and current customers.
• Process orders
• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat inquires.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from our marketing efforts
• Proactively review current clients for potential upgrade opportunities.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Manage customer accounts through quality checks and other follow-up.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to type for long periods of time.

• This position is full time on site. Employee is expected to work 40 hours weekly.
• Schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Employee is expected to follow the schedule.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including perhaps early morning, evening and weekend shifts
• Employees can expect to be on call to assist prospective clients.
• Employee is to report to his or her supervisor if unable to attend work.
