Kansas City phone job, work from home position

This position is for in-bound customer service with a focus on retention. pay rate is .18 per minute talk time. The available hours are 7 days a week 7am-midnight EST. In this position you have the flexibility what times you wish to work and what is best for you. There is an 25 hour minimum requirement, no maximum.

Job Description:
Answering inbound customer service calls. You will be assisting customer's in their needs that will include:
Information about programs that they are enrolled in
Providing assistance in using programs
Performing retention with customers who want to cancel
Issuing retention offers
Canceling when retention fails
Issuing refunds when needed

Additionally: If you have Computer Help Desk experience, you will have the option of taking these calls in addition to customer service.

This is an ongoing position, with a steady call volume. Pay rate is .18 per minute talk time. Work week goes Sunday-Saturday, with pay processed to you the following Friday via Direct Deposit into a checking account.

This position is a work from home position. Requirements:

Computer with the browser internet explorer 8
Highspeed internet. You would be using a voice over internet softphone program to take calls. This program is free. Due to using a voice over IP service, it is important to have quality highspeed internet service. Clearwire, Wildblue, Hughesnet ISP services do not provide the quality internet required for constant high quality calls.
