Duties include:

• Answering phones and helping clients and our staff members with their needs
• Interviewing new staff members and helping them to get started
• Data entry in our pet sitting software and other applications/website
• Maintaining client key box system
• Creating bi-monthly newsletters in Constant Contact
• Supplying office supplies to our staff members

Skills/Experience required:
• Able to work independently
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to make effective decisions
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Constant Contact
• Basic working knowledge of website maintenance

We are a middle size pet sitting service (http://www.ThePurrfectNanny.com) in the northern Atlanta area and need help in the Kennesaw-Woodstock area for about 2-3 hours at least 3 times a week.
