Looking for Partner for Forum
I have run forums before, however not for a while. I have a great domain (10 years old, great name, just the previous owner never did anything with it), and an idea, and want to startup a forum/website again, however i don't know where to start at this point market wise and users/post/content (once again,its been 2+ years since i last ran a forum, im good with the administrative side still).

I have hosting, I have valid license's to vBulletin and IPB (through work) so none of that is a problem. I'm not worried about money. I just want someone whose done this before (or a couple times before if im lucky ;D) to give me a hand in starting up a forum and helping me get some users and posts.

I am willing to pay if need be, however if someone has a few extra hours a week they want to donate that would be great to. Either way, any help would be nice!
