Dallas Admin Assistant job, work-at-home position, looking for a part-time customer service representative

We are a non-profit, virtual company that offers financial counseling and education courses primarily by phone and on the web.

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to help register clients and set appointments. This is a work-at-home position. Calls will come directly to you and the position does not require cold calls to clients.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Strong computer skills
• Your own computer with Windows XP or above
• High speed internet connection
• Your own phone with an extended or unlimited long distance plan
• Ability to work from home or personal office, answer the phone and speak undisturbed with clients.
• Available to work varying shifts, particularly afternoons and weekends.
• Professional manner and pleasant phone voice.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision

The ideal candidate would enjoy working with people, possess excellent customer service skills, have an eye for detail, and be self-motivated. We prefer someone who lives in the DFW area. We cannot stress enough the importance of having a minimum of distractions while working.

This is a part-time position with approximately 15-25 hours per week. Schedules are determined 2 to 4 weeks in advance. We would prefer someone available Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons as well as some weekends.

Compensation: $9.00/hour
This is a part-time job.
