Media Marketing Guru is looking for a fulltime Customer Service Team
Leader to work remotely with a team of customer service representatives
working from home. You will be working with clients of our social media
marketing company and will gain incredible insight. Maintain customer
relationships already established and create a rapport with new
customers. Be able to adapt in fast paced fun working environment.
Started out of Boston, MA, Media Marketing Guru has created connections and strategic partnerships all over the world, Media Marketing Guru was conceived during the explosion of social media in 2008. Our team is made up of marketers, writers, video producers, programmers, search engine experts, creative-minds and the most powerful players in the social media universe.
We are in business to help your company achieve its marketing goals on social media through innovative campaigns that utilize the most advanced tools, methods, and strategies. We have helped companies, both large and small, reach their consumers en masse.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze customer needs and come up with a solution in a timely manner
• Handle inbound calls to the call center
• Responds to questions, concerns, and/or complaints regarding eligibility information.
• Generating quotes, Conducting policy reviews and Processing payments
• Works to develop an in-depth understanding of the customers spoken and unspoken needs
• Recognizes and communicates opportunities to provide superior customer service
• Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled) occasionally, as needed or required. Staffing based on a 24 schedule
• *Interface with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals and cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively notify supervisor of any potential problematic situations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Call center customer care experience and call monitoring experience preferred
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate respect for all individuals, adhere to the Company's values and business practices and do both
• consistently
• Be a self-starter and able to work well independently or in a group environment
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to use a computer and basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word and outlook
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to produce high volume, high quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced,
• data-driven environment
• Must learn systems and processes necessary to answer customer requests
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
COMPENSATION:
• $20 an hour
• Benefits include: paid vacation, training, health and dental insurance
