Position: Bilingual Customer Service/Tech Support Rep (Spanish/English)

Hours of Work:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm in office
After a couple months, once they become comfortable they will be also
doing the 5am-1pm shift from home, switching shifts each week
Must be comfortable taking calls, no support from 5am-8am, on their own
Supporting Spain (5-6 hours ahead)
Start Date: Immediately
Description
Working in an inbound call centre environment, you will be providing
exceptional customer service, as well as level 1 technical support, to
customers.
Qualifications
• Must be fully bilingual in both Spanish and English
• 2+ years of inbound customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Previous technical support experience is required
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be flexible to work all of the shifts outlined above
• Must be courteous and have excellent listening and problem solving skills
• Must be Punctual, professional and loyal
Duties
• Must be able to take calls in both English and Spanish
• Providing direct telephone, e-mail and remote access support to clients
• Providing answers and technical solutions to customer queries
• Documenting details of each case, clearly and concisely for tracking and reporting purposes
• A commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and develop skills relevant to department needs
• Developing expertise in key subject matters, share ideas/solutions with team members
• Providing back-up and fill-in for other Team members as necessary
• Identify and provide input for on-going improvement of Department procedures
• Update and maintain database records as necessary
