Au Pair Representative job, Work from home as part-time Au Pair Coordinator

Job Summary & Duties:

We are looking for a Local Area Representative to help support our Host Families and Au Pairs in your area. The position is with one of the top Au Pair agencies in the country with over 20 years of experience doing business in the child care industry. Our Au Pair Agency is one of twelve agencies designated by the U.S. Department of State.

The Au Pair Program was established in 1989 by the Department of State to help increase cultural exchange and international relations. An Au Pair is a young adult who comes to the United States to live with a family while providing 45 hours of child care each week in exchange for room and board and a small stipend.

This position is part time, with full-time potential as the number of families and Au Pairs you represent grows. This position is primarily work-from-home. Perfect for stay-at-home parents, part time employees and empty nesters who are well connected in their community. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and professional.

Responsibilities Include:
-Providing information to potentail clients and following-up when additional information is requested.
-Conduct monthly phone and in person communications with clients and exchange visitors
-Host mulitple in person "cultural event" for exchange visitors
-Assist during crisis and conflict situations quickly and professionally
-Work in cooperation with headquarters staff and present a unified from of the company
-Develop personal relationships with clients and partners and maintain high quality level of communication
-Coordination and organization of multiple clients accoutns and related activities and events
-Conflict resolution, issue management and issue monitoring
-Accurately explaining business policies, rules, and regulations
-Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in busines processes and operations
-Demonstrate extpertise and knowledge in various loal area items
-Maintain quality and accuracy of internal business processes
-Ability and willingness to continuously execute marketing initiatives handed down by headquarters

Position Qualifications:
-Prior experience in problem and crisis management and dealing with sensitive issues, mediating
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self motivated, high level of initiative, out-going
-Flexibility to change work tasks as business needs change
-Ability to work through difficutl situations in a professional manner
-Friendly and personable, able to build personal relationships with clients
-Ability to quickly learn complex business procedures, rules and operational tasks
