The Administrator will largely help maintain and configure our SalesForce.com services. We have been using SalesForce for five years and already have a lot of configuration, custom objects and integrations. You do not need to be an expert as we can train some of this, though being familiar with the software is obviously a plus. You will also respond to Internet inquiries and cases and occasionally speak to persons on the telephone. While there may be occasional options to work remotely if you have a computer and can connect to high speed Internet, you also need to be able to visit the office 60-75% of the time, generally between 9AM and 5PM. General hours can be flexible but will need to be scheduled. (i.e. can do Tue 1-4, Thur 10-2, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend and complete all required training classes and competency tests. The initial training will last 1-2 hours and must be completed via the Internet and/or telephone in some situations. Training may be waived or modified based on experience.
Have the ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer with good familiarity of the Internet.
Will interact with remote employees, healthcare professionals and customers over phone and via email from time to time.
Other duties and tasks as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
College diploma or advanced degree preferred.
3 to 5 years experience in office setting or working with different Internet programs/technologies.
In addition to English, ability to speak other languages, such as Spanish or Chinese, is always a plus
Interest in working with and learning Internet software products and technologies, such as SalesForce.
Comfortable working in a small office setting with 1 other person.
