Atlanta Administrative Assistant job, work from home

The Administrative Assistant to the Executive team to provide high-level administrative support. The position organizes and tracks all assignments and deadlines for the executives, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and effective internal communication.

Responsibilities
• Oversees day-to-day operations and projects for executives
• Assists in preparation for meetings including management meetings, board meetings, conferences, and conference calls; ensures that materials from staff and other sources are timely and complete.
• Understands the executive's routine and pro-actively anticipates support requirements.
• As part of the Administrative Office team, assists as required with telephones, emails, reports and other related tasks as assigned.
• All arrangements of travel for meetings and conferences.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); ability to build effective working relationships.
• Extensive organizational experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple activities and tasks in a high-tempo environment with discretion and composure, including handling confidential and sensitive material.
• Outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated that can work from home and currently lives in the Atlanta area
• Flexibility to work late hours on occasion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office a necessity, document processing and database applications, and basic internet searches.
• Work habits characterized by confidentiality, good judgment, diplomacy, and tact.
